Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a member of the InfoSec Risk & Compliance team, you will play a key role in managing our Global User Access Review Compliance program. You will be responsible for contributing to the user access review (UAR) and access audit strategy on providing UAR services using a risk-based approach that aligns with Walmart's information security and data governance standards. You will be responsible for taking a lead to ensure Walmart meets user access review compliance requirements for SOX, HIPAA, and PCI by partnering with respective program owners.

What you'll do:
  • Lead a team to ensure Walmart meets user access review compliance requirements for SOX, HIPAA, and PCI by partnering with the respective program owners.
  • Lead a team to execute user access reviews according to the strategy and regulatory/contractual compliance requirements, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with various solution owners (i.e. SailPoint, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Azure, etc) to ensure user access data is completely and accurately included in the global user access review
  • Partner with various solution owners to ensure user access is adjusted timely based on the results of the user access review
  • Manage a team to assist user access review participants in completing the review, answering questions, triaging reported issues, and providing customer support
  • Be a trusted business advisor by educating stakeholders on how to best execute an effective user access review
  • Take the lead in providing audit support for various internal and external accessors when it comes to user access reviews.
  • Responsible for remediating findings identified by internal and external accessors when it comes to the global user access review program.
  • Monitor Associate transfer/change of job user access reviews done in SailPoint for successful completion and provide customer support.
  • Partner with stakeholders so that roles/entitlements/attributes have clear descriptions to aide the reviewer.
  • Develop and perform user access review reporting for various types of stakeholders (i.e. Leadership, solution owners, etc.)
  • Perform data analysis and leverage artificial intelligence to improve the customer experience, increase effectiveness in the user access review program, identify potential access control issues in upstream controls (i.e., provisioning and deprovisioning), identify privilege creep, and identify excessive privileges.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 3 years' experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting., Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements., Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
