Mondelēz International (MDLZ) has a bold ambition to be the leader in online snacking. This position will be the critical business lead responsible for accelerating this ambition at Walmart. This role will sit on the MDLZ Walmart Leadership Team and work closely with all functions of the business while supporting all categories (Biscuit, Confections, and Clif).
Seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our rapidly growing digital ecosystem. This position will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Digital Commerce plans, ensuring a seamless experience, while driving revenue growth, and advancing innovation.
Key responsibility includes defining strategic direction and driving integrated growth strategies across all elements of the eCommerce Flywheel: optimizing online assortment, maximizing online availability and in-stock rates, working closely with the Shopper Marketing lead to drive integrated marketing programs, working closely with the eCommerce COE to ensure content, search and activation are executed.
The ideal candidate works well in a team setting, is a self-starter that is highly motivated, can deliver under pressure, leverages customer insights and business analytics, and is both adaptive and agile.
Ultimately, the position is responsible for delivering the MDLZ growth goals while delivering all KPI targets.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' of CPG experience
- Prior ecommerce experience
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred, DSD network knowledge a plus
- Retail Media experience a plus
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing people
- Deep understanding of Digital Commerce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity
