Title: Senior Manager of People and Culture
Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 p.a.

This is a Senior Manager of People and Culture role will take the lead in providing operational support for People and Culture functions. Candidates must have investment bank /financial services experience and be based in or near Boston.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all People and Culture related aspects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Americas employee relations matters.
- Ensure the recruitment processes enable the ability to recruit the right quality of staff in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with its legal obligations.
- Coordinate effective learning and development program.
- Manage the performance management and remuneration processes.
- Coordinate all succession planning activity for the region.
- Work with the benefits manager to deliver competitive benefits.
- Maintaining an effective network of professional advisors that can assist in the development of Americas employment related policies.
- Undertake a global performance and rewards review to remain market competitive.
- Set annual measurable goals for direct reports and evaluating and managing their performance and achievement of their performance objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of legal, regulatory, jurisdictional and investment
Applicant Requirements:
- Strong generalist human resource experience in an investment bank or financial services with a minimum of seven year experience
- Desire to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of US state and federal employment law
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
