We have a national footprint that covers 14 markets, with $13 billion of investment assets under management, and a portfolio spanning more than 29 million square feet.
They are looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager who will work closely with other members of Accounting, and also with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Tax, and Finance teams. You will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, owned by various Funds and Joint Ventures, and meeting lender, tax, and investor requirements.

What's In It For You:
- $130K-135K + 15 to 20% bonus depending on experience

- Calculating income allocations including waterfalls, as required
- Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Reviewing 3rd party property accounting for consistency, accuracy, and proper accounting
- Annual budgets and quarterly budget re-projections
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5 years of property accounting experience, with the majority in commercial real estate
- Proficiency with financial software systems applications and proficiency with Microsoft Windows software programs, MRI experience a plus
