This is a remote position.
The PositionA Senior Engagement Manager is accountable for a project from inception to final deliverable, contributing to all aspects of creating the deliverables. This position is all about architecting business solutions as part of a team. Key components of the job include:
- Research: based on a given business challenge, effectively and critically gather key information — often not from “the usual sources”
- Analyze and Synthesize: organize information efficiently and effectively and then outline a solution based on all available inputs
- Client-Relationship Building: shaping relationships by building trust, resulting in consistent repeat business
- Team Leadership: overseeing project teams and coordinating efforts, resulting in greater efficiency
