Job Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, including tracking financial status and performance, to improve company's financial position.
- Create financial models, including investment tools, variance analyses, and other ad-hoc reports in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Conduct monthly verification of the financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of the transactions booked.
- Conduct actual versus budget variance analysis and attend meetings with other business departments, including key internal stakeholders, to identify financial trends and forecasts.
- Handle, consolidate and analyze the company's annual budget.
- Implement and finalize corporate financial models and profitability performance.
- Forecast full P&L, with focus on corporate spending.
- Support management team with data driven analysis, strategic decision making and policy formation.
- Assist with monthly closing of the financial statement and annual operating plan and forecasts.
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments within the organization, including payroll, HR and accounting, for monthly audit, data verifications, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field plus 4 years experience in a finance or related role.
- Must have 2 years experience with: financial modeling; financial forecasts; budgetary control; MS Excel including pivot tables, macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, and lookup; data validation; reports automation; P&L analysis; financial policy formulation and implementation; Power Bl; and financial statement and cash flow analysis.
- Experience in skills required may have been gained through pre-degree work experience.
