- Lead development and evaluation of in-store events with hyper focus on driving activation at Macy’s Herald Square New York store location.
- Manage the relationship with event agency partners responsible for in store event implementation and execution.
- Communicate and partner with internal Marketing teams from Campaign & Content Planning, to Visual, Comms Planning and Project Management to develop effective strategies and integrated plans to support In Store events.
- Maintain relationships with external vendor partners in the execution of dedicated Events and Live episodes.
- Ownership of event budget with responsibility on delivering on seasonal financial goals.
- Responsible for oversight of all door store driven activations including curation of comprehensive event strategy, communication of event recommendations and supporting marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborative stakeholder in developing Macy’s Live episode curation for multiple products, vendors and GFOB’s that support seasonal/annual sales and EBIT goals.
- Develop relationships with Merchants, Fashion Office, Digital Strategy, Vendors and Marketing leads to continue to strengthen strategy and approach to upcoming productions driving conversion, education and engagement.
- Responsible for recapping competitive landscape.
- Effectively manage projects in a high volume and fast paced environment.
- Perform these functions in an efficient manner, as directed by the People Leader.
- Problem solve and provide solutions to meet creative objectives.
- Think globally and innovate locally in achieving Macy's Polaris Strategy.

- 6+ years of marketing
