SalaryEpiphany Senior Housing is looking for a full-time, experienced Senior Living Maintenance Manager. This position will address day to day maintenance issues in our 75 Unit Assisted Living building on the Epiphany Senior Housing campus. The right candidate will also oversee and supervise employees at our 107 Unit Senior Housing Building. Responsibilities will include preventative maintenance - indoors and outdoors, preparing apartments for new tenants including painting, plumbing, adjusting doors/cabinets and repairs. Work closely with vendors and contractors to provide a safe, attractive, and orderly environment for the benefit, use, enjoyment and protection of residents, staff, and visitors. Salary commensurate with experience.
