Position requires ability to manage and prosecute cases, excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Responsibilities
- Prosecuting cases from start to finish
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Court appearances
- Performing legal research and brief writing
- Interviewing experts
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to California Bar
- 3+ years civil litigation experience in relevant area
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks
- Ability to manage and prioritize large and complex case-load
- Effective team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
