This position is ideal for recently admitted attorney to the California Bar interested in learning civil litigation. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and innovative environment. The position will provide a substantial amount of responsibility with an appropriate level of supervision and respect.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Drafting pleadings and correspondence
* Taking and defending depositions
* Working with clients on day-to-day advice and opposing counsel inquiries
* Handling a large caseload
* Drafting discovery
* Document review
* Attending court hearings
* Negotiate settlements for Legal Disputes
* Comply with all legal standards and regulations
* Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
* Applicants must be licensed by the California State Bar
* Applicant must have taken cases all the way to trial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail Orientated
* Excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.
Successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, the ability to prioritize, and to work both independently and cooperatively.
