Join a high-visibility technical team providing top-notch customer service to a global team of irreverent but serious professionals.
Operate and maintain cutting edge compliance, identity and access management tools (Okta, Auth0, Kollide)
Participate in Security triage and compliance initiatives to prepare our company for its next stages of growth
As an active member of our team, you will:
Onboard new employees as a part of IT orientation
Provide front line support to employees around the world
Partner with teams around the company to onboard and integrate new tools
Participate in an on-call rotation
Document IT processes for internal and external use and build towards greater automation
Mentor junior IT personnel in technological skills and IT best practices
If you've got it - we want it:
3 - 4 years' Experience configuring and maintaining Okta or similar SSO tool
Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Gsuite, Slack, Zoom, Jira
Minimum 5 years' experience with Mac OS in a corporate environment and 2 years with Windows.
Mobile device management expertise
Familiarity with Inventory management
Strong written and oral communication skills and a growth mindset
Salary Range ($97,000 - $139,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
