Job description

At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country's largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you've ordered directly from a restaurant brand's app or website, we've made that happen.

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team, where you will be instrumental in supporting the use, configuration, and upkeep of our people systems, as well as implementing streamlined and data-driven people processes for the entire employee life cycle. You will also be a strategic partner in helping Olo implement full scale HCM, including an upcoming HRIS change, and work closely with the P&C Leadership team on developing and maintaining critical people reporting metrics. 

You will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo's headquarters in NYC.
What You'll Do
    • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS platform to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with HR and cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements; lead projects to streamline HR processes, automate manual tasks, and enhance user experience within the HRIS platform.
    • Manage employee inquiries regarding human resource related issues, rules, and regulations.
    • Collaborate with Finance and IT in development of business process solutions to maximize productivity and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, troubleshoot all errors, notify appropriate users, and resolve issues.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.
    • Assist with sharing data to/from HRIS with other applications, including external feeds with benefits providers and supporting API integrations.
    • Collaborate with Benefits and Payroll teams to resolve payroll issues, and adjust system codes and setup to ensure payroll data integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies. Implement and monitor access controls, data encryption, and other security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information and ensure data integrity of systems.
    • Support other P+C projects and initiatives as needed.
What We'll Expect from You
    • 4+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years supporting HRIS and other people systems
    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems, with experience executing testing and validation of systems configurations and the ability to conduct research into application and system-related issues. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams by building rapport, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong relationships.
    • Experience in advanced analytical and reporting techniques in Google Suite or Microsoft 365, with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex data sets.
    • Technical skills such as expertise with Tableau and SQL, and past experience in HRIS implementation is a plus.  
    • Legally able to work in the U.S.

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $70,797-$101,501 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
