What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinates and oversees activities related to the pre-employment and new hire onboarding processes.
- Responds to general inquiries from managers and new hires; regularly communicates with new hires, recruiters, HRBP team, and managers regarding onboarding related matters.
- Administers aspects of TA and HR transactions in ATS and related systems.
- Partners with other support teams across IDeaS and SAS to research and resolve problems.
- Provides excellent customer service to hiring managers and candidates.
- May help coordinate on-campus recruiting events, including registering for events, submitting payments, coordinating shipments for events, and other responsibilities as needed.
- May assist HR leadership with compliance and reporting tasks.
- Maintains complete confidentiality, data integrity and data privacy at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to us:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Four years of experience performing administrative/clerical work including confidential data.
- Two years of previous work experience in a Human Resource capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements stated above.
- Proficiency working with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in actions regarding company matters including identifying, maintaining, and directing confidential issues.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately respond to constantly changing demands from many sources.
- Preferred experience with iCIMS, workday and Sharepoint
