Job Summary:

S ENIOR, GRAPHICS & MULTIMEDIA PRODUCER

Location: Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL, or Remote

Division: Ticketmaster (North America, Sales & Business Development)

Line Manager: Sr. Director, Sales Enablement

Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

The Sales Strategy and Enablement is a newer team within the Ticketmaster North America Sales organization charged with driving acquisition and retention of accounts across the Arts & Theatre, Sports, Family and Music segments.

THE JOB

As Senior Graphics & Multimedia Producer, you will take ownership of design and media creation for North America sales collateral - presentations, one-sheets, proposals, etc. - while upholding Ticketmaster brand guidelines. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on both quick-turn and long-term projects.

You will be responsible for the conceptualization of visual solutions (graphics, images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets) that bring customized sales narratives to life. Your creativity, design expertise, cultural connectivity, and understanding of industry trends will be essential as you interface with some of the biggest names in live entertainment and sports.

You will be accountable for achieving design excellence, delivering on tight timelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, collaborating with the broader global product marketing team, and managing a team of designers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Visually crafting the business story being shared with our prospects and clients, while ensuring all materials have no errors, the design is completed with care, and Ticketmaster brand guidelines are adhered.

  • Establishing and enforcing design processes for the North America Sales Strategy & Enablement teams.

  • Maintaining a finger on the pulse of Ticketmaster’s Global Product Marketing Team, product owners, and various internal stakeholders to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to execution.

  • Identifying opportunities and executing creative deliverables to enhance the North America sales team’s toolkit.

  • Managing and growing a team of designers, internally and contract

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • At least 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of experience in managing direct reports, outside contractors, and vendors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or related field is preferred.

  • Power user of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

  • Motion graphic design and video editing experience a plus.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in visual design, typography and illustration.

  • Experienced in listening to needs, challenges, and opportunities to formulate clear and concise narratives, balancing information and visualization.

  • Track record of managing a large, diverse workload of short and long-term projects.

  • Must have a general understanding of the ticketing ecosystem for live events.

YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)

  • Team Player: You believe in the team first, where accomplishments are celebrated as groups, not individuals.

  • A Fan: You are an enthusiast for pop culture and live entertainment with knowledge of current and emerging trends.

  • Motivator : You set the example with your ability to meet deadlines and work on many projects with energy, optimism, and desire to deliver every day.

  • Hawk-Eye: You love the details. Excellent organizational skills and time/priority management required.

  • Curious & Resourceful: You are comfortable in asking questions and inclined to dig deep.

  • Flexible: You are ok with a level of ambiguity and thrive on the challenge of driving the business and the function forward while building underlying capabilities.
