Our team
Our Digital Strategy team is dedicated to solidifying Adyen's position as the premier choice for payments and financial services on a global scale, while spearheading growth across our targeted digital verticals. We are an international team, working across 3 time zones, from San Francisco to Amsterdam. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for GTM Strategy & Execution to join our team and help us amplify our capability, capacity and impact.
Senior Go-To-Market Manager Role and Purpose
In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, both for acquiring new business and nurturing the growth of existing customers within our focus areas.
The Senior Manager for GTM Strategy & Execution will play a critical role in the teams' success by driving revenue growth, increased market share and product adoption across targeted audiences in collaboration with suitable teams across the commercial, product and engineering teams.
Key areas of focus
- Drive and implement the commercial GTM strategy for markets and products, aligned with the overall team and company objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the product management team to define customer personas, value propositions, pricing and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Analyze customer behavior, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service innovation and differentiation.
- Leverage knowledge to strategically enable commercial teams to win deals vs. the competition / grow existing customers, e.g. sales motion guidance, selling materials, knowledge share, etc.
- Define pricing strategies and packaging strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the Digital vertical, and proactively identify strategic opportunities or risks.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of commercial dynamics and market trends within the Digital vertical. You should thrive in multicultural, cross-functional teams and work well in fast-paced environments. While you bring expertise and inspire others, you also demonstrate humility and eagerness to learn. You are in search of a challenging role with expectations for impactful results, all while maintaining a sense of enjoyment and fun.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a GTM strategy role in the technology sector, ideally financial technology
- Clear understanding of the payments and financial sector, as well as financial technologies.
