- Ability to perform specialized technical work in support of complex GIS applications and implement geodatabases.
- Ability to perform spatial analyses and produce reports according to customer specifications.
- Experience assisting in the development of geographic information systems that create, maintain, or leverage geospatial base-map information.
- Ability to conduct geographic information system (GIS) program activities, utilizing GIS hardware and software to produce models, maps, spatial databases, and thematic data.
- Experience documenting procedures and validating data for accuracy and completeness.
- Considerable experience with ESRI ArcGIS Software (Desktop and extensions).
- Experience in process automation utilizing Python, Model Builder, and other Geoprocessing techniques.
- Experience in the use of Oracle Server and writing database queries in SQL and knowledge of other programming languages.

- Data Visualization and analytics skills.
- Demonstrated skill in developing and managing large data sets and integrating data from different sources and across different platforms.
