Experience Must-Haves:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering (Ph.D. a plus)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience on the field and in the office (conducting all phases of geotechnical investigations)
- Experience preparing foundation reports
In addition to managing geotechnical investigations, duties include:
- Marketing (participation in meetings, identifying targets)
- Proposal preparation (cost estimates, etc.)
- Preparing reports for a variety of projects (design-level)
- Developing project schedules
