LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a leading manufacturing company headquartered in the Chicago area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $90K-$120K + Bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, and 401K.
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is to assist the VP of Finance as directed in all areas of financial and manufacturing analytics.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is to assist the VP of Finance as directed in all areas of financial and manufacturing analytics.
Key Functions include:
- Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
- Budgeting/Forecasting
- Long-Range Planning
- Costing and cost analysis
- Assisting with monthly close and journal entries as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of related financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong Excel/ analytical skills/financial modeling/data analytics/building dashboards
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Process improvement/automation experience is a plus
- Blended experience of accounting/FP&A is a plus
- Power BI is a plus
