Navistar in Lisle, IL has a position open for a Senior Financial Analyst.
The Senior Financial Analyst - Sales Support is responsible for Annual Sales Planning and Forecast, Sales KPI, Sales Annual Incentive Payments, forecast accuracy, and is one of the main contributors to the Integrated Business Planning Demand review. This position will require the incumbent to be a self-starter, have effective communication skills, work closely with Sales team, and will act as the liaison between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. This position will be highly visible to various levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to the Sales organization, including but not limited to, Orders updates, Charge-out and Delivery trends, dealer inventory managements, monthly reconciliation between forecasts/plan and actuals.
- Support the Sales team with financial and operational analysis associated with new Truck sales.
- Support Sales VPs with ad hoc business analyses to support Executive Reviews.
- Key support for monthly Integrated Business planning demand review with manufacturing, sales, business units and order to delivery team.
- Lead Sales AI (SIP) tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Track and report sales activities, monthly Revenue reconciliation, Sales performance reporting.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business while working effectively and collaboratively across the organization.
- Lead the annual Sales Planning and monthly forecasting.
- Provide month end close support for Bus and Truck related accounting activities.
- Lead for creating the process flows for Sales, Invoicing, (Order to Chargeout) process to support automation and support ERP implementation
- Lead standardization and automation using different tools to enable business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of finance experience
OR
- Master's degree
- At least 1 year of finance experience
OR
- At least 5 years of finance experience

- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
