Summit Consulting, LLC, is a firm specializing in Federal Transaction Advisory Services with an emphasis on infrastructure and industrial finance. We are currently expanding our consulting team and have an opportunity for multiple full-time Senior Federal Transaction Advisory Analysts to join the company. The Analyst will work across domains in the areas of corporate, project, and structured finance to implement infrastructure and industrial policy.
Primary Duties:
- Analyzes credits for program eligibility, policy fit, and financial resiliency on behalf of policymakers.
- Draft internal policies to guide application review, public outreach, and credit monitoring.
- Advises policymakers as they negotiate with applicants who seek an award.
- Documents the technical details of the work to facilitate collaboration with other team members, ensure quality control, and inform policymakers.
- Performs tasks related to financing modeling, including reviewing existing assumptions, developing a lender's view, performing sensitivity analysis, and documenting findings.
