Senior Financial Analyst - Global Functions

This Senior Financial Analyst, Global Function position provides key financial support to Global MIP/PIP Bonus COE and Corporate Function spend. Responsibilities include FP&A activities around month-end close, forecast, annual plan and other financial support. This Senior Financial Analyst role is a key role with executive-level exposure and the opportunity to partner with function leadership, Bonus COE stakeholders, and division/function/market finance teams.
What you will do:

• Complete key close processes and controls for Corporate Function, including Function spend reviews with business partners and CP&A deliverables
• Lead the forecast and annual plan processes for Corporate Function
• Complete reporting and analysis for C-Suite presentations
• Provide strategic financial support for monthly and annual Bonus COE deliverables, including roster management, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and forecast analysis
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for executive-level presentations and to support decision making, including providing insights and recommendations to Finance leadership and Function leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 years of Accounting and/or Finance experience
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position

• Strong analytical skills and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work independently
• Experience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Blackline
• Possess a high level of integrity
• Experience working under time constraints, balancing multiple deliverables and priorities and ability to meet deadlines
