What You Will Do:

• Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards, focusing on intercompany transactions
• Working with contacts throughout the company to resolve intercompany discrepancies
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and increase efficiency

What You Have:

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related field and 4+ years of experience
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
• Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
