Senior Financial Analyst

We're working with a legendary umbrella corporation with multiple brands that have found fantastic success within each of their industries. They specialize in helping franchisees navigate the growth process strategically while providing critical support and resources.

They're looking to add an Financial Analyst to their team as the recently acquired a leading brand in a growing beauty services sector. You would have a broad range of responsibilities including reporting, forecasting, financial and statistical analysis, and generating board-level presentations.

Responsibilities

·       Help with prep and review of annual budgets and rolling forecasts

·       Monitor and forecast cash flow

·       Prepare and distribute monthly and periodic financial, operational and sales reports, including the monthly financial package

·       Create models, templates and ad hoc reports to support management evaluations and decisions

·       Assist with month-end financial closing process, to include reviewing and researching discrepancies, and providing explanations for variances to plans

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting

·       3+ years' of corporate FP&A or forecasting and budgeting responsibilities over multiple entities/brands

·       M&A and Private Equity Investors experience preferred

·       NetSuite, MS Dynamics Great Plains and FrX reporting preferred
