Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in environmental compliance and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of Cal-OSHA regulations and requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective training sessions.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to safety and environmental challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence safety culture positively.
Essential Duties
- Lead the EHS initiatives for two local manufacturing plants.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs.
- Design and conduct training programs for employees to foster a strong safety culture.
- Regularly interact with and report to plant management on EHS matters.
- Oversee general environmental compliance efforts.
- Stay updated with and ensure adherence to Cal-OSHA regulations.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the safety culture within the plants.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
