If so, you might be our next new team member Who we need: The Senior EAP Consultant provides management consultation services to our customer base and clinical consultation and case coordination to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians and EAP Affiliates. Provides clinical support to the EAP Consultants by assisting with clinical assessments of members seeking services. Participates in case consultation, completing clinical reviews with EAP Affiliates at the point of assessment, onsite counselor case collaboration and developing and delivering training via web environment.

What you'll do: Performs management consultation services to all levels of management and human resources within our extensive customer base.

The EAP Consultant must be able to assess a wide array of workplace issues and develop appropriate action plan. The consultant must be knowledgeable of key legislation impacting the workplace such as ADA, DOT, and Sexual Harassment and Duty to Warn. Completes case reviews with Onsite Clinicians and EAP Affiliates to ensure clinical care coordination and address issues related to client care.

Provides case consultation to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians, and EAP Affiliates. Performs routine and urgent clinical risk assessments; expert consultation; short term problem resolution; referral and follow up for all members seeking services. Conducts clinical review of all urgent/emergent cases within 24 hours which includes: reviewing all case documentation and action plan established; following up with staff regarding any outstanding needs and reviewing case as needed to assure proper disposition.

Consults with Clinical Manager as needed regarding high-risk cases. Prepares and facilitates trainings around clinical topics Other duties as assigned in order to assist internal and external customers in achieving EAP departmental goals. What you'll need: Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required.

A minimum of 5 years of current relevant experience. Must possess clinical license at the independent level. CEAP preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of Chemical Dependency. Knowledge of short term counseling and assessment skills. Knowledge of the dual role of two clients the company and the client member.

Thorough understanding of confidentiality rules and regulations. Ability to provide clinical assessments; special skills in assessing substance abuse and personal/psychological problems in relation to work performance. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively among different levels of staff, management, personnel, providers and customers.

Strong computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle crisis situations both calmly and professionally Ability to problem solve, exercise judgment, and make decisions independently.
