PCI is looking for a Communications and Change Management professional who can support transformational efforts in the health space and in support of our government clients. This individual will direct and oversee strategic Communications and Change Management efforts to support transition and facilitate sustainment of a wide range of changes (e.g., policy development and implementation, process streamlining, organizational capacity reorgs) impacting a variety of stakeholders from senior leadership to front-line staff.
The Senior Consultant provides visible, supportive leadership over high profile projects and programs delivered to our clients or internal PCI leadership. This individual will work with a team and should be skilled at fomenting collaboration and collegiality while understanding the particular skills of the team members so objectives can be accomplished in the most effective manner. S/He will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality products while achieving customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visible, present, accountable leader who oversees the successful delivery of Change Management efforts for projects with our clients.
  • Partner with our clients (leadership and frontline staff) to identify challenges and propose solutions that can facilitate transition, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Lead Change Management projects and efforts relative to milestone completion while managing according to resource efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the Change Management and strategic communications plans in collaboration with program manager.
  • Propose solutions and approaches that leverage Change Management and communication tools such as readiness assessment, stakeholder mapping, communication matrix, training needs assessments, and adoption/sustainment plan.
  • Experience with operations (SOPs, workflows, human capital, strategy development) to contextualize and optimize Change Management efforts.
  • Demonstrated excellence at presenting topics to both non-technical and technical personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain client and internal project executive satisfaction by engaging in all appropriate meetings.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
  • At least five years of experience and/or training in Change Management and communications.
  • Experience with large scale transformation, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Must be able to generate and manage detailed Change Management plans from inception to completion.
  • Must be able to run project update meetings with a variety of audiences.
  • Must have excellent client relationship management skills and operate in complex environments.
  • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and possess agility to respond to ad hoc requests.
  • Must possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, and MS365.
  • May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements.
