Salary Range (depending on experience):$150.00 - $225.00 per hour (with a maximum of (22) hours per month, equating to a monthly total of $5,000.
Who are we?
Trident Endo (“Trident”) is a Dental Service Organization (“DSO”) that provides support to Endodontic practices and their associates. Practice owners can weather the storm, achieve their goals, and have a dedicated partner throughout the process. Trident supports over 13 established DC, MD, PA, and NJ practices.

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to assess business and finance operations. This is a temporary contract for approximately six to twelve months. We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who is a proven leader, has an acute awareness of details within the various business units, and utilizes their experience in business management and operations to help businesses grow. We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to assist in maintaining positive cash flow, controlling costs, and accelerating profitable growth, thus allowing entrepreneurial business owners to improve their businesses to make the most of their professional and personal lives.
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will:
The position

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. Implement and monitor KPI metrics.
- Determine the financial impact of ownership decision-making,
- Analyze current structure and business planning.
- Conduct industry benchmarking.
- Review and analyze cost-control reports, estimates, and project staffing requirements.
- Drive leadership engagement and lead and manage client engagements, providing strategic consulting services and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the client's business processes, challenges, and opportunities and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address operational issues at the practice level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Ten years of experience in healthcare/dental operations, including three years in business consulting, is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant, preferably in a senior role.
- A robust analytical skillset, endless curiosity, and the ability to think the impossible
- Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are important.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex consulting projects.
Interview Process:
As part of the interview process, candidates must analyze a case study relevant to the healthcare/dental industry in which we operate. The case study will be provided during the interview, and candidates will be expected to demonstrate their strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills in presenting their analysis and recommendations.
