Employee Assistance Counseling Program Therapist- Greensboro

Overview:

 The Employee Assistance Counseling Program Therapist position is systemwide, and while location says Alamance in Burlington, it is located in Greensboro This role is the point person for the entire Cone Health system in the event of traumatic staff events (CISD) and assists the Site Coordinators in the maintenance of EACP services for Cone Health and its contracted EACP customers.

Responsibilities:

 

 Assists EACP Site Coordinator with management of EACP contracts.

Provides educational events for EACP companies.
--------------------------------------------------
Provides emergency call coverage for EACP (rotational; full time Therapists only).

Serves as CISD provider for Cone Health System.
--------------------------------------------------
Serves as EACP therapist for Cone Health System to assigned campus.

Serves as psycho-social counselor for cardiac rehab and pulmonary rehab (full time Therapists only).

Qualifications:

 

EDUCATION:Required - A Masters Degree in the human service field.

 

EXPERIENCE:Required - Minimum of 5 years experience as a psychotherapist.
Preferred - Five years experience as a psychotherapist with 2 years experience in EAP.

 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
Drivers License | Valid Drivers License
Required - Licensed by the state of North Carolina to provide psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment. Preferred - Licensed as FBPCC, LPC, LCSW, or MFT.
