Appointment Setter for a fast fast-paced IT Services & Cybersecurity Provider

Heroic Technologies is a fast, innovative, high-performing IT and cybersecurity provider in the Portland Metro & San Francisco Bay area.  We are lean, our engineers are brilliant, and our clients do amazing things.  We have been in business forever, but we have the energy and enthusiasm of a startup.   

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team. You’ll be a great fit if you like high-adrenaline activities, demand the most from yourself in everything you do, and are ready to work as hard as you play.  

The role:  

You will be responsible for setting sales appointments for the owner of Heroic Technologies. You’ll know everything about our company. What we do and how we do it. You’ll receive amazing training on how to be a very successful Appointment Setter. 

You will be talking to a lot of business owners and CEOs about Heroic Technologies and our services. Don’t worry, though; you won’t have to know the technology piece, just how businesses use technology. 

With the help of the owner, you’ll make about 75-150 calls a day. That’s a lot of rejections and, hopefully, a lot of wins.  This is not a job for the weak of the heart (remember the adrenaline comment from above?)  

You will learn how to build a great calling list, how to research key prospects, and learn how to get people to love you on the phone in very short order.   

You’ll also learn how to be a LinkedIn, Facebook, and CRM genius. You’ll need those tools to introduce people to who you are and who the company is.

HR Information: 

• $35,000-$45,000 basic salary DOE

  • Incentives up to $100 for every successful appointment 

  • Additional bonus for every closed deal 

• Additional bonus for closed deals 

• Medical, vision, and dental benefits   

• 15 days of PTO, most national holidays + 1 day after Thanksgiving   

• 401K plan  

• Full-time, remote position
