Job Summary:

Serving as a key member of the ACO leadership team, the Senior Director of Analytics is responsible for implementing and overseeing a comprehensive analytics strategy and roadmap to support Integra Community Care Network’s value-based contracting program, accurately measure performance, understand key drivers, and identify new opportunities.

The Senior Director will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders at Integra and across Care New England to design metrics, dashboards, and analyses, and develop insights that will inform critical decisions by senior leadership. Through these actionable reports, the Senior Director will help drive performance management and improvement activities across the enterprise.

As the leader of Integra’s analytics team, the Senior Director will develop and implement technology and processes to ensure that staff and key decision makers have access to the data that they need. The Senior Director leads Integra’s program evaluation efforts, helping to evaluate population health initiatives for their effectiveness, efficiency, and equity, and supports other ACO staff in developing ROI analyses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads the Integra analytics team: build out team, manage team performance, set inclusive team culture. Creates opportunities for team members to grow professionally and achieve impact.

Develops and maintains reporting and data analysis processes, technology, and staff to support Integra’s business and analytical needs. Provide regular performance reporting of financial and utilization metrics to senior management team.

Expands Integra’s reporting/dashboarding capabilities more broadly, including approaches to build and automate reports in Tableau or other technologies.

Translates complex analyses into clear visualizations that can communicate key takeaways to leaders and stakeholders and, conversely, translates business/clinical questions about population health performance into analytic tasks to meet business needs.

Manages multiple projects and analyses simultaneously while meeting key deadlines and deliverables, and prioritizing time and resources

Monitors and reports risk contract financial and utilization performance and related key organizational performance metrics.

Facilitates the acquisition, support, and maintenance of information technology software and systems to support Integra’s business needs.

Interacts with physicians, hospitals, and health care organizations as appropriate.

Provides thought leadership and support for ACO departments to support strategy and execution.

Preserves and protects employee, patient and hospital confidential information.

Performs other job-related duties as required or requested.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred

10+ years working in a fast-paced healthcare provider/ and/or payer environment.
