PepsiCo is working to build and embed a new capability referred to as DTV (Design to Value). DTV is a cross functional process (stretching across marketing, procurement, R&D, commercial, etc.) and facilitated through an end-to-end functional agonistic perspective. The Core of the process consists of DTV Sprints, which start with leveraging fact based insights reached through an integrated digital ecosystem that are then leveraged in a cross-functional working team sessions over a period of 16 weeks with the expectation to launch/pilot new ideas in market post workshops


The Senior Director, DTV Process Lead will play a key role in the development, ongoing management, and overall strategic guidance of this new transformational capability across PepsiCo that is expected to deliver significant value to PepsiCo over the next 5 years. This role will play a critical role in the Sector DTV journey serving as the owner of the process and playbooks and driving the deployment across all of PepsiCo.


**This role can be located out of PepsiCo's Purchase, NY or Plano, TX headquarter locations**

Responsibilities:
  • Become the Global DTV Process expert for PepsiCo. Build and evolve our global Design to Value process, including playbooks, training and other support materials for markets to be able to run successful DTV sprints as well as an effective overall DTV program that delivers value on the triple-win: growth, margin improvement / productivity, sustainability.
  • Establish a training and certification program for DTV Practitioners across PepsiCo
  • Enable markets to deploy Design to Value by setting up on-boarding and immersion sessions.
  • Work with S&T and DTV Digital Leader to build the integrated ecosystem necessary to run DTV
  • Serve as internal customer for S&T product teams, defining functional needs
  • Engage Sector DTV teams as point of contact for establishing local requirements and integrated plans
  • Ensure the DTV process execution tie-in with the global organizing framework
  • Coordinate cross-functionally for consistent governance and alignment
  • Build trust and credibility with global and local stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks that require escalation and mitigation for program management process
  • Work with Global functions to ensure we are optimizing insights generation across all key areas (Consumer Insights, Marketing, Procurement, R&D and Supply Chain)
  • Participate in deployment of DTV sprints in selected markets, and lead DTV sprints that have cross-sector scope in order to accelerate and maximize impact.
  • Establish forums for global practice sharing based on DTV efforts across sectors.
  • Challenge Sector DTV sprints where appropriate to ensure we are maximizing potential impact and accelerating execution.
  • Support orchestration of all Sector DTV sprints along standard process together with Global DTV leader
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of project management and strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm experience strongly preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA Strongly Preferred
  • A highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to “manage up”
  • Experience managing teams and partnering with multiple business functions
  • Love of Consumer-Packaged Goods and our brands
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences; foreign language skills highly desired
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - $280,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
