The Wonderful Company's in-house advertising agency seeks a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This role will drive the in-platform (social, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) paid media strategy and be responsible for the optimization and overall campaign management. You will have the opportunity to work on campaigns across our growing portfolio of well-known household brands such as FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, JUSTIN Wines, Landmark Wines, Teleflora and more.

This role requires strong platform knowledge and hands-on experience to develop strategic and creative recommendations, flawless execution of initiatives to reach brand objectives, confidence to debate budget allocations across the paid media team and when presenting to key groups, a collaborative spirit to coordinate across departments/business units and a mindset of continuous improvement through testing and learning to ensure continued growth across the company.

*Please note that you will be working a hybrid schedule (Monday - Wednesday in our West Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote).

Job Description
  • Act as subject matter expert for our social and YouTube paid media strategy and execution
  • Partner with our Marketing Team to understand underlying business objectives and set media KPIs
  • Contribute to brainstorming and cross-department planning
  • Determine budgets, targeting, timing, and other elements of digital campaign planning
  • Develop and manage Digital Marketing plans for paid social platforms and YouTube
  • Present plans to internal constituents and the Marketing Team
  • Manage timelines for planning and coordinate with Marketing, Project Management, and Creative for asset delivery
  • Communicate any needs with Ad Ops or other specialists (for tagging, optimization set up)
  • Ensure best practices when building and testing campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns and test strategies to drive performance and learnings
  • Analyze and report on campaign results
  • Track all spending and validate media partner invoices
  • Problem solve with our media vendor platforms
  • Keep the team abreast of changes to social platform offerings and functionality, with a strong eye to how they impact paid/amplification opportunities
  • Proactively research the latest digital trends that affect Digital Marketing, attend industry seminars
  • Actively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality

Qualifications
  • Proven understanding of how to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns using social platforms, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Active usage and native understanding of the mentioned digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (video and search) and social media management platforms like Hootsuite
  • Experience with campaigns builds on other platforms, such as Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with GA/GTM for campaign optimization/tracking
  • Past experience with testing/measurement on the platforms
  • Data analysis and Excel proficiency a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to articulate and persuasively sell strategic concepts within the agency and directly to clients
  • Knowledge of organic platforms, especially as they relate to paid amplification

  • Hands-on experience with GTM and Google Analytics a plus
  • Understanding of community management/social listening and aligned tools (e.g. Brandwatch) a plus
  • Facebook Blueprint and other social certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of SEM/SEO and Email a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Communications or Business

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
