Job Details
Job Duties:
Responsible for managing Information Technology projects by gathering requirements, setting project goals and creating plans.
Lead development teams including software engineers, quality assurance engineers, software architects, and user interface and user-experience designers to develop business process automation projects including automated trade ticketing, alternative subscriptions, and trade reconciliation. Work on fintech product development including Conditional Value at Risk (CVAR) and the Infinovate online investment platform. Responsible for implementing a firm wide document management system.
Engage our business teams to assess requirements, develop timelines and estimate costs. Lead with the development team to architect solutions and address technical issues while ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsible for rolling out the projects and setting up implementation training programs.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 5 years post-bachelor's degree progressively responsible experience as a software engineer or computer and information systems manager.
Skills Required:
Lead and engage business teams to assess requirements, architect solutions, develop timelines and cost estimates within timelines and budgets for financial systems software and hardware integration projects.
Manage project development cycles and modeling using Agile, Waterfall, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools Jira, Confluence, and/or Slack
Experience in developing financial systems using software and applications Salesforce, DBSQL, Java/JSP, Python, Visual Basic, Python, and/or MS365 suite.
Integrate financial platforms like Addepar, DocuSign, Morningstar, e-Money, Pardot, Subscribe, Fidelity, Schwab, and/or TD, setting up training programs and resolving multi-platform technical issue.
Work with software engineers, quality assurance engineers, software architects, user interface and user-experience designers to develop business process and automation projects including automated trade ticketing, alternative subscriptions, and trade reconciliation.
Hours: F/T, 40 hours per week
