Job Description
Trinnex is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Solution Sales to join our Digital Consulting team. This individual develops and manages client relationships in the Digital Solutions space (professional services, custom development and SaaS). Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and partners while identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to win new business.
• Develop deep insight into clients' financial outlook, strategic priorities, leadership team, consulting ecosystem, and digital objectives.
• Build and maintains a strong pipeline through the various stages of the sales cycle while adhering to internal processes and procedures.
• Communicate our value proposition and business outcomes to the various buying roles within a client's organization.
• Relationship builder, and a proactive problem solver with a genuine passion for consultative selling and experience in both direct and indirect sales.
• Identify high value prospects, develop, and execute an account strategy for each.
• Establish a deep familiarity with each utility's budget and capital improvement plan, strategic priorities and challenges, and stakeholder environment, leveraging research frameworks and support from the marketing team.
• Monitor the market and communicating competitor intelligence.
• Identify improvements in sales plans and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in and establish leadership role(s) in professional associations and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience with at least 2 of those years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Skills and Abilities
• Extensive knowledge of digital infrastructure sector (water, wastewater, and transportation) including SaaS, data analytics, custom development, and professional services. Understanding of digital solution offerings, client value creation, representation of varied sales/revenue models.
• Proven ability to develop close relationships with top leaders (C-suite and 1-2 layers down) in prospective clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with, communicate with, and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Proven capability to make compelling, effective presentations to large and small audiences.
• Ability to successfully enable and implement sales and business plans and achieve results.
• Excellent ability to manage and oversee a high volume of client accounts concurrently, using excellent planning and time management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and creative strategic thinking. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver results in an environment of change and ambiguity.
• Demonstrated effectiveness using consultative selling principles and techniques.
• Experience in developing and negotiating scope, schedule, price, and contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including collaboration, conflict management and partnership building across a diverse, global organization.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex sales environment. Flexible and eager to work in a fast-growing, multi-tasking environment.
Background Check and Drug Testing Information
