In this hands-on, team leader role, you will lead and optimize Medrio's end-to-end Digital Marketing approach including top of funnel, always-on awareness programs and hyper-targeted demand generation, retargeting, and email nurture campaigns.
Leading a lean in-house Digital Marketing team and agency partners, you will chart the future course of Medrio's Digital Marketing ecosystem including our martech stack and HubSpot instance, and navigate the day-to-day execution of our paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM; websites and blog updates, and email marketing.
We're looking for a data-driven digital guru with a passion for identifying trends in our Digital Marketing performance and sharing actionable insights to improve our content and campaign performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a Digital Marketing strategy (encompassing the Medrio website, social media, and customer review platforms) that strengthens brand awareness, new business growth, and customer engagement.
- Lead our web-to-lead strategy and conversion optimization including website governance, architecture improvements, personas-based content mapping, SEO/SEM strategies, and measurement.
- Develop, refine, and manage a centralized Digital Marketing calendar, in coordination, with broader Marketing colleagues, including aligned launch timelines for website updates, fresh blog and content asset, social media posts, email digests, paid advertising, etc
- Manage relationships with Digital Marketing vendors and applicable inhouse data sources to continually monitor and optimize our SEO, SEM and display advertising performance.
- Coordinate with broader Marketing colleagues to activate digital components for brand, segment, and account based marketing initiatives, including defining segmentation, data requirements, campaign themes and deliverables, budget, and success measures.
- Drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify KPIs, benchmarks and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve followers, conversion, and engagement
- Manage our martech budget, contract renewal dates, and vendor evaluation and implementation.
- Prepare ad hoc, monthly and quarterly campaign and department-level performance reporting, tailored to different audience profiles including Marketers, Sales colleagues, Executive team, and Board of Directors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Digital Marketing best practices, internal processes and systems related to Digital Marketing
Education and Years of Experience:
- 7+ years of B2B Digital Marketing experience
- At least 12 months of marketing experience with a SaaS or technology used in clinical research or healthcare preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Power-user of leading marketing technology, automation, and analytics tools
(e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, WP Engine, Google Analytics (G4), and Google Campaign Manager)
- Proven expertise in search engine marketing and paid search strategies including budget and bid management, ad optimization, and ROI reporting
- Keeps current with Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube search algorithms and experienced in using tools (i.e. SEM Rush, Rank Math, etc) to continuously optimize of landing pages, demo forms, and website content for performance, engagement, and conversion
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multi-channel campaign deliverables and programs across various target verticals and personas
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Effective communicator - can translate the data into layman terms and break down complex digital language into easy-to-understand details
- Superior proofreading and editing skills
Working Conditions:
- Travel required up to 10% with ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000
