They hired another person from us with this skillset last week and the interview was 20 minutes and they decided right away that day. The candidate started 2 days later. I know the submittal and interview process is usually unpredictable for a lot of companies, but they have told us they need to move as quickly as possible on this one. They emphasize quality though. There is very little competition on this one, but it can close quickly, as they will try to interview and make a decision as soon as they get candidates.****
I need a senior React developer (heavy on React exp) for our client Zebra Technologies in Minneapolis, MN. They would like Fullstack skills but the emphasis is Heavy on the React development side.
They want a more senior and experienced person. I would rather see an experienced person at a higher rate than a mid-level person at a lower rate that is not as strong. Communication skills are important as well.
They will pay a higher rate but must have the talent to match.
I would prefer green card or citizens because the paperwork will be easier. We can use H1's but getting right approval or paperwork with dates and info on it might be tough. I know getting the amendments these days is tougher.

Description:
Ideally is full-stack with some HTML, CSS and then heavy coding with React. They do some integration with a 3rd party apps so full-stack is needed but emphasis is React. Good communication skills are needed as well.
This should be a fast interview over the phone and immediate hire.
Person should be senior as they will work pretty independently without much direction. We have another developer on it. Tom from us was helping at high level but is moving to new project.
