Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager - Regulatory & Life Sciences Services 

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote 

Experience Level: Senior Demand Generation Marketing Management with Digital Marketing Experience

The Senior Demand Generation Manager will collaborate on marketing strategy with the senior management team (VP Sales, COO, President), as well as develop, coordinate, and launch marketing strategies, processes, programs, and campaigns to meet or exceeding Criterion Edge’s growth targets. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads and collaborates in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies, including but not limited to: 

  • Digital advertising (e.g. SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn, tradeshows) 

  • Global tradeshow planning (collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows) 

  • Monthly thought leader webinar program 

  • Website strategies 

  • Email marketing 

  • Content marketing (e.g., owns the process for timely build and launch of sales support materials, one-pagers, blogs, tradeshow banners, logo templates, etc.) 

  • Salesforce CRM & Pardot business development strategies 

  • Company testimonial program 

  • Monitors and reports monthly marketing and business development outcomes, including but not limited to: 

  • Efficacy of marketing strategies and campaigns (e.g., reports on generation of prospects, leads, and qualified opportunities) 

  • Marketing budget  

  • ROI analyses 

  • Supervision and daily management of marketing projects with interns, indirect reports and occasional outsourced vendors, including: 

  • Direction, coordination, and oversight of daily workflow and deliverables 

  • Occasional recruitment, hiring, and training of new intern and/or business development staff or vendors 

  • Input on performance management evaluations 

  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy. 

  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new trends and developments in the market, new customer targets, competitors and competitive pricing, and leverages insights to generate demand for Criterion Edge services 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Required Skills/Experience/Abilities: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of equivalent marketing professional experience required 

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, regulatory or scientific affairs  

  • Expert-level digital marketing experience both in strategy and execution 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Strong project management, supervisory and leadership skills 

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 

  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets 

  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services 

  • Proficient with software tools such as: 

  • Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) 

  • Advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.) 

  • WordPress 

  • Planning software (Asana) 

  • Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Illustrator  

  • Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and related software 

Education/Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business, marketing or related field 

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in initiating and executing the duties/responsibilities listed above in a marketing leadership role 

  • Proven Demand Generation success
