Job Description
We are seeking a motivated data-driven, sales-minded marketer to oversee and spearhead the end-to-end revenue-driving lifecycle programs. You understand modern B2B and B2C digital marketing principles, lead management, as well as marketing technology, and sales/marketing alignment. The successful candidate will demonstrate “analytic curiosity,” wanting to understand the why behind the what in guiding these programs toward revenue success through constant data noodling. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities are abound.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve our marketing strategy to generate, and capture demand based on customer insights and data from existing channels
- Analyze, influence, and optimize our website, landing pages, blogs and external content
- Partner with sales development specialists on pipeline targets, campaign sequences, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
- Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness
- Develop and oversee a performance marketing team to guide paid media budget usage
- Manage freelancers, third parties, and agencies
- Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns
- Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and adds new marketing strategies and opportunities
- Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget
- Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, paid media and SEO techniques,
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Coach and develop team members; provide constructive and timely feedback
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 5+ years of work experience in Digital Marketing / Demand Generation
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suites
- Passion for problem-solving and providing business insights
- A shown history of successful leadership in a high-paced team
- Self-motivated, collaborative, organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Enjoys shifting between IC and Management depending on initiative or campaign.
- Proven, quantifiable track record of positive effect on business growth
- Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Zapier, Klaviyo, & Google Analytics.
- Excellent storyteller and able to communicate your findings with clarity and precision, whether through writing or visualizations
- Passion for data–from defining metrics to communicating important insights
