JOB SUMMARY:
To provide Signet Ecommerce leadership with visibility and insights for site analytics, performance of marketing activities, and business health and across Kay and Kay Outlet. The Sr. Analyst accomplishes this by utilizing the power of Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Datorama to pull actionable insight out of disparate datasets. While an Analyst surfaces what happened the Sr. Analyst sheds light into why it happened, what are the potential implications of what happened and what we can do about it in order to have a material impact on the business. The Sr. Analyst can work both independently and in a collaborative environment and has a passion for analyzing complex datasets and converting them into insights that drive decisions that create value.
**This will be a Hybrid Role**
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design and build visualizations and interactive user interfaces in Adobe Analytics to present complex data in an easily digestible visualizations that surface insights and drive action. (e.g. Customer profile dashboards, site performance, marketing campaigns and audience performance dashboards)
- Ongoing site diagnostic analysis on site content and site merchandising performance with the goal to produce business insights and influence business strategies.
- Pull and manipulate data (site, marketing, customer, merch) from multiple resources and bring it together in a cohesive story for online and offline customer behaviors.
- Partner with business teams to understand the full context of data/analysis request, especially the question behind the question
- Present findings/recommendations to all levels of management on a weekly basis based on data and analysis of results. Communicate data findings with technical and non-technical partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to standardize analysis workflows and improve efficiency
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: In-depth, hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics site analytics or similar tools like Google Analytics as well as Excel. Retail analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 4+ years' experience
Technical/Other Skills Required: Intellectual and analytical curiosity, willingness/ability to learn new concepts quickly, proven ability to generate insights and pull the "So What?" out of data and recommend a "Now What"
