SynergenX is looking for a creative, innovative Senior Data Analyst with experience in Power BI and Azure Data Bricks for our corporate location in Northwest Houston!
Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. A Data Analyst is responsible for organizing data related to the clinical and financial data. The analyst will utilize technical expertise to ensure data is accurate and high-quality. Data is then analyzed, designed, and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions. This position will report documentation findings weekly along with recommendations for improvements to the COO. Ensure data is accurate before posting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual results.
Position is ONSITE! Remote is not an option and there are no relocation benefits!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems.
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
- Recommend numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Work with programmers, engineers, executive staff, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Prepare final analysis reports for partners to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data.
- Performing ad hoc and structured data analysis.
- Develops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft Office and other utilities or languages as necessary. Generate quality reports.
- Respond to all e-mails within a 24-hour working day.
- Develop and continue to update, and implement a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual task list.
- Provide a weekly report of task completed to the CEO weekly.
- Power BI design.
- Additional duties may be assigned.

Schedule:
