Monitors and maintains Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and restores services for end users. Analyzes reported issues and problems reported via Service Now and provides a workable solutions. Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to system and environment availability. Performs adminitration using third party tools where available.. Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Produce and maintain documentation of all processes.
