Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for the supported JLLT EDP Data Quality for users in all regions, business lines and functional groups.
  • Work closely with business owners, product owners, and related applications to ensure Data Quality requirements are properly documented and interpreted correctly.
  • Responsible for oversight of Data Quality rules development, data curation/ enrichment/ standardization rules, data flows and downstream impact. Validate changes being made are not limiting growth or flexibility for future expansions.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all data governance and compliance policies and procedures, including those for data policies and standards, architecture, security, disaster recovery, and service provision.
  • Document Data Quality related business processes and standard operations, including business rules, exception cases, workarounds and typical use cases of the Data Quality metrics, including the integration with all related applications and analytical platforms.
  • Participating in Data Quality product/ platform/ visualizations testing for any requested enhancements to ensure a quality solution.
  • Provide training/ education for end users to properly govern the data for Quality and protection.
  • Participate in the design and allocation of data governance and data stewardship resources after product deployment
  • Perform data profiling to assess Data Quality and to reverse-engineer database structures and data definitions by investigating actual data to create and validate hypothesis
  • Review user requests for system and process enhancements related to Data Quality
  • Work as the liaison to communicate user feedback and product roadmap for Data Quality
  • Collaborate and evangelize enterprise-wide Data Quality plan in support of roadmap, feature details and technical and process dependencies
  • Keep abreast of Data Quality related industry requirements in support of JLLT products
  • Involve JLLT peers to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of data governance and stewardship that support Data Quality monitoring, remediation and curation support
  • Responsible for documentation of business processes and standard operations in support of the BAU Data Quality and stewardship operations for deployed DQ metrics

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of Data Quality management related experience in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Library Science, Computer Science or related fields; advanced degree preferred
  • 3 + years related experience in commercial real estate management (preferred) or related industry
  • Hands-on experiences with data profiling, defect remediation and data enrichment are preferred.
  • Expert level of SQL skills, including reverse-engineering database structures and data definitions by investigating actual data to create and validate hypothesis
  • Software development life cycle knowledge, with particular background in agile philosophies and methodologies
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments. Ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors. Must be able to manage competing priorities.
  • Needs to be resilient; resolving conflicts quickly to achieve desired business results.

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline.
  • 7+ years of work experience in the fields of information science, data management, Data Quality Management or data stewardship
  • Experience with standard data entry systems. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, standard analytic/reporting systems Good SQL skills. Experience with Python or MS VBA is extremely desirable.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully in a dynamic environment, and effectively prioritize and manage workload to meet timelines.
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Working and conceptual knowledge of databases.
  • Experience in accessing and executing end user reports and dashboards from any reporting tool

Estimated compensation for this position is:
87,000.00 - 127,200.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
