We have an immediate opening for a Senior Workers' Compensation Insurance Representative (SR WCIR). Workers' Compensation Insurance Representative (WCIR) under-fill is also acceptable at this time.
This is a vital role in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Excellent command of the English language and rules of grammar and punctuation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Visio
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and research skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing deadlines
- Ability and desire to contribute to the success of Corporate Underwriting
- Ability to give presentations on Corporate Underwriting topics
- Self-confidence, self-motivation, and an ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with navigating the WCIRB, WCIRB Connect, and CDI worksites
Knowledge of workers' compensation insurance rules, regulations, and underwriting processes is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions
Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend inperson Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
This position has an option to telework and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.

Special Requirements
