Salary - $110k to $140k
We're currently seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineerfor a leading industrial equipment manufacturer in Hazel Crest, IL. This person will play a vital role in developing PLC logic, advanced motion, programming PLC / HMI from scratch, and involved in some Electrical Design work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related degree in engineering is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a Control Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering role
- Ability to program PLCs and HMIs from scratch.
- Experience with Allen Bradley is a PLUS
- Experience using AutoCAD Electrical is a PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Majority of the time will be spent developing PLC logic, Advanced Motion, and HMI Programs from scratch.
- On the project team, balancing multiple projects at a time. working cross-functionally with engineers, project managers, and production staff.
- Using AutoCAD electrical for designing of electrical schematics.
