Center is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to support the growth of Center’s expanding portfolio of products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-impact content and marketing strategies driven from data insights that accelerate the full customer journey from prospect to upsell (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, expansion). You will also support content that enables our employee journey (talent awareness, interview, onboarding) as Center scales its internal growth.
You’ll manage the content marketing calendar and establish/refine frequency and cadence across our touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Content, you’ll assist in establishing foundational processes for content development, data collection, and insights-driven storytelling.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

    • Lead execution of project deliverables including, but not limited to, brief development, collaboration with external resources and internal stakeholders
    • Develop, build and execute campaigns that increase pipeline
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to provide marketing program owners with the real-time insights to improve overall program effectiveness
    • Work with Marketing Analytics to analyze insights and consistently identify content opportunities and maximize the rich data within our platforms and product
    • Support the full funnel of the customer journey from awareness to retention and growth
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry related topics in order to develop engaging content
    • Develop and manage the Center Talent Brand in partnership and collaboration with the People team
    • Collaborate cross-functionally and within the marketing discipline to support all aspects of growth.
    • Help define/build dashboards that track leading indicators of our progress.
    • Maximize current data collection and explore new ways to uplevel customer insights to create thought-leadership content that furthers the awareness of the Center brand.
    • Lead organic social efforts, in partnership with Growth Marketing’s paid social initiative to drive new business and thought-leadership.
    • Support upper funnel and sales enablement efforts in creating content tailored to our verticals and target accounts.
    • Understand the customer experience and work closely with CX leads to build trust and strengthen customer relationships through content and extend the value of our service beyond our product features.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

    • Highly motivated, self starter with ability to manage multiple work streams at once in a fast-paced and demanding environment autonomously
    • Strong ability to think both creatively and analytically
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a craving to be a key contributor to building and scaling a high-growth business
    • Comfortable with a high level of ambiguity and complexity and a bias for action
    • Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and strong attention to detail
    • Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership, managers as well as individual contributors
    • 4 plus years of experience in content or communications roles
    • Familiar with using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Survey Monkey
    • Experience with data analysis and developing actionable insights
    • Past experience building audiences either online or offline
    • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
    • Critical thinker and problem solver
    • Startup experience is a plus

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, performance bonus, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.
The Senior Content Marketing Manager pay transparency range is $90,000-$105,000 annually and the equity value of option grants is $5k-$7k. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holiday’s, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
