General Description:
As the Senior Manager, Content Execution, you will work alongside Omnichannel Strategy and Innovation team members and will be responsible for supporting our content strategy, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our overall brand image and resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with other teams, such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Affairs to ensure a unified and coherent brand message is used across all channels. You will also support major initiatives including Digital Asset Management, Modular Content and Social Media Governance.
Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Partner with senior level stakeholders, acting as a strategic and operational advisor on key omnichannel initiatives that impact the content strategy ensuring it aligns with BeiGene’s overall objectives, brand image and target audience.
  • Work closely with Omnichannel Execution and Advanced Analytics teams to ensure content initiatives are in line with broader organizational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Commercial to ensure that content messaging is consistent, accurate and coordinated.
  • Ensure that all content produced aligns seamlessly with the company’s brand image, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Support the implementation and management of Digital Asset Management system to organize, store and distribute content effectively.
  • Assist in the development of modular content strategies to create flexible and reusable content components that can be adapted for different channels and purposes.
  • Ensure all omnichannel initiatives comply with relevant regulations, industry guidelines, and privacy laws.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement process that safeguard patient privacy and data security.
  • Monitor content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven optimization recommendations as needed.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing to continuously improve strategies and stay competitive in the market.
  • Foster culture of innovation and experimentation.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare regulations, and compliance considerations.
  • Deep understanding of core digital tactics, technology, data and how they work together, including, but not limited to: Websites, SEO/SEM, Media, Social, CRM, analytics, digital field tools.
  • Passion for creating personalized content and implementing innovative ideas to increase customer engagement and digital excellence.
  • Understanding / experience in digital asset management and modular content.
  • Robust analytical skills with an ability to set KPIs and measure content development process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate new ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Salary Range: $136,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually
BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
