Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience
- Advanced Excel
Job Duties:
Assists in administering the employee compensation function of the company by conducting job analyses, market reviews and evaluations. Consults with management at all levels regarding job descriptions, and various compensation programs; provides analysis for new hire offers, promotions and internal job changes as necessary. Oversees the position management process in collaboration with HRIS and Business Planning & Analysis. Collects, analyzes and maintains data to ensure the company can attract and retain high quality employees based on market trends. Responds to salary surveys and maintains survey data. Evaluates jobs, researches market pay, and prepares analysis and reports supporting recommendations for appropriate salary ranges. Supports the administration of salary increases and variable pay. Participates in ad hoc compensation projects.
