MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; or equivalent training. Master's Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in compensation analysis.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and strong analytical skills required.
- Advanced Excel skills required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Interprets, analyzes and implements compensation arrangement outlined in Physician Employment Agreements and Professional Services Agreements.
- Conducts comprehensive and complex analysis related to Physician Compensation and provider productivity.
- Manages annual compensation reconciliation summaries for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Provides recommendations on physician base salary adjustments.
- Manages and accurately updates provider base compensation.
- Provides guidance and recommendations regarding Physician Compensation and provider productivity to key stakeholders.
- Collaborates closely with external appraisers / consultants on the data gathering and analysis for Fair Market Value (FMV) and Commercial Reasonableness (CR) reviews.
- Trains and provides guidance to new Physician Compensation and Productivity Analysts.
- Assists with the development of the annual budget.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
