Responsibilities
- Business Partnership and Support
- You will partner with the Commercial Segment Leads to drive a consistent Rhythm of the Business (RoB) aligned to growth opportunities and exceed business objectives and key results.
- You will lead in providing insights into the business and simplify where possible without compromising outcomes.
- Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation
- You will build relationships with Sales Managers to execute key priorities; identify and influence sales leaders to be effective coaches to their teams on opportunity management fundamentals.
- You will coach teams on initiatives to transform seller capabilities, habits, sales process and/or partner engagement processes
- Driving Sales Processes Discipline
- You will ensure Sales Managers are running disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes and collaborate on best practices, insights, and available programs to minimize pipeline variances.
- You will coach to hold sales managers accountable for account plan quality and completeness.
- Strategic Guidance and Planning
- You will guide segment leads or partners on current and forward-looking business plan; collaborate to define how the segment will achieve its goals; oversee planning subcomponents (e.g., programs, blueprints, segmentation, market trends, past and current business insights) integrate into the planning across all the support segment(s)/regions(s).

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years sales and negotiation experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 8+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years sales and negotiation experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND 12+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 10+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work
- OR equivalent experience.
Commercial Sales IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.
