The Team is dedicated to design, develop and maintain Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons, which are developed with the goal of more efficient and effective client implementation of all ORM & EHS modules.
You will act as a reference point on the Enablon EHS and ORM solution, guiding the work solution delivery teams (internal & external) and customers to provide the best solution, within scope and budget, for the client.
You will also act as a resource to Sales, Pre-sales & Solution Architects during sales pursuits and Proof-of-Concept efforts. In this capacity, they will provide expertise on the Enablon solution to determine feasibility and fit for a customers' or prospective customers' needs.
Business Analyst can work independently, receives minimal guidance, may lead (internal) projects and may have accountability for ongoing activities. Impacts a range of project activities within own team and other related teams.
What are your responsibilities as a Business Analyst?
- Responsible for the requirements gathering and elicitation translating this into the functional design document
- Lead in design sessions and workshops, participates in relevant project meetings during the design phase and knowledge transfer with various other project stakeholders, internal and external.
- Participate in estimation of effort for new projects or change requests
- Work closely with the Subject Matter Expert team to define exact domain requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and/or study business processes of a customer
- Create stories that describe the functional (features) and non-functional scope (performance, security and other expectations) of a customer project
- Act as a point of reference for the Implementation Squad to translate the functional and business requirements into stories.
- Provide Support and coaching to Professional Services consultants to implement user stories and client functional requirements in the course off the project.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management
- develop and maintain Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons,
- Develop, document and maintain professional Services processes and procedures.
- Take Initiative to improve internal processes
What should you bring to Wolters Kluwer Enablon?
Education:
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Business Analyst Foundation or similar would be a plus
- Prince-2 foundation is be a plus
Experience:
- Skilled in requirements analysis, global implementation in the Operational Risk Management and Process safety space
- Worked in/with Oil, Petrochemical and Gas companies, Pharmaceutical Companies and Knowledge of Operational Excellence and HSE Processes
- Experts in Permit To Work, Barrier Management, Operations, Plant Management, Operational Safety, Permit To work, Isolation Management
- Experience on multiple projects across a variety of industries and applications
- Experience in software Product Development
- Experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst in the software industry.
- Experience in electronic Operational Risk Management or EHS solutions would be advantageous.
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
- Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and activities.
- A strong understanding of software Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban would be a plus
Technical skills:
- Demonstrated skills in Enablon implementation services
